Responsibilities

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
Ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
Support shrink reduction initiatives and safety practices.
