Weber Blackstone is seeking a detail-oriented seasonal import clerk in Logan, Utah. You will process CIPL documents, track ocean shipments, handle customer emails, and coordinate with accounting to ensure invoices and billing packets are accurate and submitted on time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Process CIPL documents for various customers using specified platforms for each account.
  • Track ocean container shipments and maintain real-time status updates across tracking platforms.
  • Receive, organize, and respond to emails sent by various customers and factories regarding missing or inaccurate shipping documentation.
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal accounting team to ensure invoices and billing packets are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Create and update SOPs and update Excel templates to streamline efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal import team to manage accounts and troubleshoot issues including document submission, invoicing accuracy, prioritization.
  • Update and maintain internal system (SAP) and perform assigned tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Role Overview
  • Process CIPL documents for various customers using specified platforms for each account.

Compensation
