Job summary

Weber Blackstone is seeking a Receiving and Warehouse Support professional to process all transactions and documentation for goods receipts, transfers, and inventory control. This role partners with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely handling of inbound and outbound shipments.

You will release parcel deliveries, run stock reports, create transfers for sales orders, coordinate containers, and support annual inventory while upholding safety and quality standards in a dynamic warehouse

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Release small parcel deliveries and labels.
• Run required reports to assist in maintaining stock requirements.
• Create transfers for sales orders (all plants).
• Arrange and track Import containers with trucking company and record material by containers.
• Designate warehouse delivery location for containers by material needs.
• Process good receipts for Export parts orders.
• Coordinate space and inventory between warehouses (GDC and PL06).
• Create and release transfer orders & STOs for outbound deliveries.
• Receive inbound loads and create Good receipt.
• Process put away TOs and OS&D follow up and paperwork.
• YM (yard management) check in, start & stop unloading process.
• Bin to Bin transfers.
• Communicate with internal and external customers as required.
• Adhere to Safety policy and participate in annual inventory.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential.

Role Overview Summary

Processes all transactions and documentation pertaining to receiving goods issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Release small parcel deliveries and labels
• Run required reports to assist in maintaining stock requirements
• Create transfers for sales orders (all plants)
• Arrange and track Import containers with trucking company R&M and record material by containers
• Designate warehouse delivery location for containers by material needs
• Process good receipts for Export parts orders
• Coordinate current space & inventory between warehouses (GDC and PL06)
• Create and release transfers orders & STO’s for outbound deliveries
• Receive inbound loads, create Good receipt
• Process put away TO’s OS&D follow up and paperwork
• YM (yard management) check in, start & stop unloading process
• Bin to Bin transfers
• Communicate with all levels of internal and external customers as required
• Adhere and enforce Safety policy
• Actively participates in annual inventory
• Attendance/Punctuality
• Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent; Arrives at meetings and appointments on time.
