Job summary

Avari Management is seeking a Seasonal Associate Property Manager in Park City, UT. This apprenticeship role pairs hands-on operational duties with mentorship from experienced Property Managers to learn portfolio ownership, revenue strategy, and homeowner relations.

Expect to support inspections, onboarding, and coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and support teams. Availability on weekdays, weekends, holidays, and long hours is required during the December–March season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of property management and assist with inspections and readiness.
