Job summary

Hocon is seeking a Propane Delivery Driver for a seasonal role in Torrington, CT. You will deliver propane safely, perform daily inspections, and coordinate with dispatch and service teams. This is a customer-facing position requiring on-call availability and adherence to safety standards.

Qualified candidates hold a Class A/B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, have a clean driving record, and can lift up to 75 lbs and pull 125 lbs. Competitive pay with a $3,000 return bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Driving record meets company insurance requirements.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 125 lbs.
• Willingness to work on-call and outside regular hours.
• Commitment to safety procedures without exception.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane products safely.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, DOT, and company safety requirements.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance or equipment needs promptly.
• Provide professional, courteous service at every customer location.
• Work collaboratively with service and dispatch teams to support operational goals.
• Participate in on-call rotations, including extended or after-hours work as business needs require.
