Job Description

Are you seeking a seasonal opportunity? Primo Brands is hiring a Seasonal Production Technician to support customer demand. This full-time role during our busy season offers a chance to earn extra income. The schedule is from 9:00 pm to 5:30 am, night shift, with potential to work holidays and weekends based on business needs. Training will be provided for 3 weeks during the day shift.

Compensation
Pay: $25.00/hour
Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate for applicable hours

Skills and Responsibilities:

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment (fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, forklifts)
• Record preventative maintenance, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, and production metrics
• Follow safe work practices and participate in safety programs
• Communicate effectively to resolve issues and meet performance metrics
• Perform mathematical calculations as needed
• Conduct hourly quality checks and inspect raw materials
• Collaborate with team members across departments to maximize efficiency
• Attend meetings and participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain organized and clean workstations, ensuring safety and quality

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Ability to work scheduled night shifts, including start-up and handover meetings
• Exposure to high-speed production and basic maintenance is a plus
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong communication skills; computer knowledge including Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
• Forklift experience preferred but trainable
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions
