Job Description

Are you seeking an exciting seasonal opportunity? Primo Brands is hiring a Seasonal Production Technician to support customer demand during our busy season, which varies each year. If you're interested in earning extra income, read on.

Compensation

• Pay: $27.49/hour
• Shift differential: 6%-8% for applicable hours

Schedule

12-hour rotating shifts (3/4/4/3), 6:00 pm - 6:00 am (Night Shift). Must be available to work holidays and weekends, and attend training on scheduled days.

Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment (fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, forklifts).
• Record maintenance activities, quality data, downtime, and production metrics.
• Follow safety and manufacturing best practices, participate in safety programs.
• Communicate issues effectively, meet performance metrics, perform mathematical calculations, and conduct quality checks.
• Inspect raw materials, collaborate with other departments, attend meetings, and continuously improve operations.
• Maintain organized and safe workstations, prioritize safety and quality, and support team training and cross-training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience in clean manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including start-up and handover meetings.
• Exposure to high-speed production and basic maintenance preferred.
• Troubleshooting skills, ability to work independently and in teams, strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred but trainable.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in varying environmental conditions.
