Position Details:

• Compensation: $20.00 per hour
• Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate for applicable hours
• Location: Sacramento, CA
• Shift: 2nd shift
• Flexibility for overtime and weekends based on business needs

These seasonal roles can last up to six months, providing valuable experience and potential for full-time employment post-assignment. Temporary employees are not eligible for all company benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Operate designated production equipment efficiently and safely
• Handle start-up, operation, changeover, shutdown, and maintenance tasks
• Perform manual tasks such as loading, reworking, and conveyor loading
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization (5S)

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Experience in production, preferably in food/beverage
• Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in fast-paced environments
• Forklift experience (required at some locations)
• Flexible hours, including weekends
• Ability to visually inspect materials and work with PPE
