Qualifications

• Experience managing production schedules, staffing, and priorities.
• Familiarity with production KPIs, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn production management systems.
• Printing, digital manufacturing, or high-volume production experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Lead, motivate, and manage production employees in a high-volume environment.
• Monitor production performance, staffing, attendance, and workflow.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other supervisors, managers, Quality, Maintenance, and HR to resolve challenges.
• Train, coach, and develop employees while maintaining morale.
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, quality, efficiency, and downtime.
