Job summary

Thrive Education Partners seeks an exceptional early childhood educator to design and lead a small learning pod for up to five children ages three to five in Palm Springs during horse-show season.

The program will operate in a dedicated RV classroom at a large equestrian facility, offering hands-on, play-based learning that blends literacy, math, movement, art, and outdoor exploration with real-world context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or related field.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or related field valued.
• State teaching certification or credential preferred or equivalent.
• Significant relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a developmentally appropriate learning program for 3–5 children.
• Establish a warm, predictable daily rhythm during seasonal travel.
• Plan play-based experiences in literacy, math, science, art, music, movement and exploration.
• Differentiate activities for varying ages and developmental levels.
• Communicate progress and collaborate with families and Thrive Education Partners.
