Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups while maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, cooperation, and safety across all shifts.

The role requires strong oral and written communication, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, the ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexibility to work up to five days per week.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative leadership and cultivates working relationships with all levels of personnel.
