Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking Seasonal Powersports Production Assemblers in Thief River Falls, MN at $19/hour. This 4‑day, 10-hour schedule runs Monday–Thursday with potential overtime Fridays and a seasonal assignment through December 18, 2026.

You will build and assemble components, check quality, and use measuring tools. Prior manufacturing experience isn’t required, and safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• No previous manufacturing experience required.
• Able to read and follow written instructions or blueprints.
• Comfortable with hand tools and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble components according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Check parts and completed products for quality and accuracy.
• Use tape measures, calipers, gauges, and fixtures for measurement.
• Complete various production and assembly line tasks.
• Assist with basic equipment setup and minor machine adjustments.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and production requirements.
