Job summary

CSS Farms is seeking Seasonal Farm Workers to assist in the harvest of potatoes. You will perform general farm labor in preparation for harvest, including grading potatoes, cleaning, shipping, and other duties as assigned.

We will train the right person and an end-of-season bonus may be available to employees who complete the harvest season. The role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 75 lbs, and may require nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience operating large farm equipment for cultivating, planting, and transporting potatoes.
• Valid operators license; CDL preferred.
• Experience with minor maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general farm labor in preparation for harvest.
• Grade potatoes and perform cleaning tasks.
• Assist with shipping and other duties as assigned.
• Receive training and work through the harvest season, with potential bonus for completing season.
