Job summary

CSS Farms, LLC is seeking Seasonal Farm Workers to assist in the harvest of potatoes in Nebraska. This role involves general farm labor, grading potatoes, cleaning, shipping, and other tasks as assigned. Training will be provided, and employees who complete the full harvest season may qualify for an end-of-season bonus.

Work is on-site in Columbus, Nebraska, with physical requirements including lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating large farm equipment for cultivating, planting, and transporting potatoes.
• CDL license preferred.
• Experience with maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Grade potatoes and assist with harvest operations.
• Clean and ship produce and handle related tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned; training will be provided.
