Job summary

Poppy Hand-Crafted Popcorn is seeking a temporary Production Associate to support our popcorn production in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will rotate through production roles to meet daily/weekly goals and operate equipment safely, while upholding food safety standards.

The role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing tasks. This is a seasonal, non-exempt position with a focus on efficiency and quality in all duties.

Qualifications

• Strong preference for production/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate popcorn production equipment (poppers, kettles, tumblers) according to safety guidelines.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Meet daily production targets and complete assigned tasks.
• Report safety or quality concerns to management promptly.
• Assist in setup, breakdown, and cleaning of the station and maintain logs of activities.
