Job summary

Westfield Country Club is excited to offer a seasonal Pool Food and Beverage Guest Attendant and Event Server role. This dual position covers poolside service and banquet events as the club opens a brand-new clubhouse and dining area for Spring 2026.

Starting at $13 per hour plus tips, you will greet guests, handle drinks and food, operate POS systems, manage payments, and assist with setup and breakdown of events while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old; 21 years to pour alcohol in Ohio.
• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner at pool counters and venues.
• Follows safety protocols to ensure guest well-being and property safety.
• Serves alcoholic, non-alcoholic, packaged, and prepared foods to guests and members.
• Takes orders, processes payments, and maintains daily inventory records.
• Checks IDs for alcohol; ensures proper age verification.
• Maintains clean, sanitized workstations and follows hygiene standards.
• Monitors alcohol intake and avoids overservice per Serve Safe guidelines.
• Assists in setup, refilling, and removal of event stations and bars.
• Assists in serving and bussing plated items at events.
• Supports setup and breakdown of event spaces and seating.
• Complies with OSHA and club safety/training standards.
• Operates golf carts and other maintenance vehicles.
