Job summary

Westfield Country Club seeks a Golf Course Food and Beverage Guest Attendant and Event Server for both daily service on the course and banquet events. Responsibilities include serving beverages and food, handling transactions, and maintaining stock at concession stations and event spaces.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in customer service and cash handling, possess a valid driver’s license, and can lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; Ohio law requires 18+ to serve alcohol and 21+ to pour alcohol.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner, attends to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Follows safety and security protocols to ensure guest and property well‑being.
• Serves alcoholic, non‑alcoholic, packaged, and prepared foods at the golf course outlets and clubhouse.
