Qualifications

• Must have previous cash handling and Micros register experience.
• Previous bartending experience is a plus.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be willing to participate in on-going training in the beverage field.
• Must have knowledge of current property events, promotions and attractions.
• Must be able to work independently, with little supervision.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must adhere to uniform requirements

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and takes food and beverage orders in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
• Prepares food and beverage orders and delivers them in a timely manner in accordance with the venue's standards.
• Monitors guests’ needs, ensuring requests are promptly fulfilled.
• Handles cash transactions according to procedures.
• Keeps guest and work areas clean and organized.
• Performs side work and stocking of supplies as required.
• Meets attendance guidelines and company policies.
