Job description

We are seeking a Seasonal Pool Attendant & Helper to assist with pool cleaning, water testing, and light landscaping duties at our facility in Canandaigua, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience as a pool cleaner and attendant, and be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Details: 30 hours per week- weather permitting:

Weekdays: 7am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Test water, clean and maintain pool area, including vacuuming, scrubbing, skimming, and adding chemicals as needed
• Ensure pool equipment is in good working order
• Assist with pool opening and closing procedures
• Light landscaping

Skills:

• Knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand, walk, and be outdoors for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and move up to 25lbs
• Have the ability to bend, stoop, reach, and scrub with both hands for periods of time.
