Qualifications

• The ability to swim is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a related position is helpful.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• The ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Must convey a positive and can-do attitude at all times, including during high-stressful situations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and Greeting residents.
• Approach all encounters with members, guests, and team members in an attentive, friendly, courteous manner.
• Ask members for a membership card to ensure non-members are not using the pool—when applicable.
• Set up umbrellas and the cabanas; neatly arrange all pool furniture.
• Ensure residents are complying with Association Rules and Regulations.
• Report any malfunction immediately to Supervisor.
• Ensure the area is clean of trash and debris.
• Empty trash containers on the pool deck throughout the day; lower umbrellas before leaving at end of shift.
