What does the role entail?

The Pizza Attendant is responsible for assisting guests with food and beverage orders. This role requires excellent communication skills and superior guest service abilities. It is a fast-paced position involving constant customer interaction and cash handling.

Qualifications
  • A genuine desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge, including POS systems.
  • Previous food & beverage and hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to walk, stand for long periods, and lift moderate weights.
  • Full availability on weekdays, weekends, holidays, Spring Break, and summer season through Labor Day.
