Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a skid steer safely and efficiently to maintain a flat, level potato pile.
• Maintain an eight-inch maximum drop for potatoes.
• Perform preventative maintenance and light repairs on equipment.
• Follow tasks and directions from crew leader.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Assist in maintaining buildings and equipment in good condition.
• Follow safety rules, company manuals, and employee handbook.
