Job summary

QVC Group is seeking candidates for West Chester, OH to join the Pick Pack Team at the distribution center. This onsite role supports Cornerstone Brands by picking and processing orders for shipment and ensuring accuracy daily.

Ideal applicants have 3+ months in a distribution environment, can lift up to 50 pounds, and are available for flexible hours including overtime and weekends. You’ll work in a fast-paced team setting with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience in a distribution/fulfillment center environment.
• Able to walk, stand, lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Available to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends.
• Team player willing to work across areas of the operation.

Responsibilities

• Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer.
• Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU, color, size, and quantity.
• Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements.
• Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for resolution.
• Fill out profiling change forms and related paperwork.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• All other duties as directed by CSI Management.

Pick Pack Team Members support Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and support the mission of the distribution center by achieving daily productivity standards, achieving positive relations with peers and coworkers, and establishing goals for personal development. We have opportunities for full-time seasonal and part-time seasonal positions at our West Chester, OH, fulfillment center, with various start times available. You will report to an Outbound Operations Supervisor.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, OH location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Pick and process orders for shipment to the customer
• Quality check all work to ensure proper SKU, color, size, and quantity
• Follow and meet all accuracy and performance requirements
• Identify inventory and process issues and present them to management for referral to problem resolution
• Properly fill out profiling change forms, stop signs, and truck maintenance forms
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• All other duties as directed by CSI Management.

What You'll Bring

• This position requires walking, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed
• You will be available to work flexible hours such as overtime, and weekends
• Team player, willing to work in other areas of the operation as needed
