Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager for Citrus Park, Tampa, FL. You will help lead the team responsible for magical Santa visits and photo experiences, support daily operations, drive sales and guest service excellence, and contribute to a memorable experience for families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment.
• Assist opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure positive guest experiences.
• Lead by example and reinforce company procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Support Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
