Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Team Lead for Grand Traverse Mall in Traverse City, MI. You’ll help create memorable Santa photo experiences, support the team, welcome families, assist with photos, and manage daily operations during the holiday season.

You’ll lead by example, ensure policies are followed, troubleshoot issues, train staff as needed, and engage guests with warmth and energy. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to return next seasons.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and cash handling.
• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing duties at assigned venue
• Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalation to IT or Local Management when needed
• Assist with training and/or recruiting as needed
• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home (photography experience not required)
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• All other tasks as assigned
