Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs seeks a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager in Jacksonville, NC to support daily photo operations and lead a seasonal team under the Local Manager. You’ll drive guest service, assist with scheduling, training, and open/close procedures, and help ensure memorable Santa visits and sensational photo experiences.

The role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to return for future seasons within our souvenir photography division, where available.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time, solve problems, and lead a seasonal team.
• Experience handling cash and sales transactions preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to participate in pre-season training and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Support Local Manager with opening/closing procedures and scheduling.
• Lead a seasonal team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to maintain a positive experience.
• Trainee and coach team members to meet sales and service standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
