Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to support the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team, delivering magical guest experiences, and driving photo operations and sales.

You will help hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff while ensuring a smooth, high-quality Santa visit and souvenir experience for families. In this fast-paced role, you will promote teamwork, oversee training, and ensure procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and customer-service mindset.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Experience in cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to train, schedule, recruit, and lead a seasonal team.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Local Manager in daily photo operations and guest experience.
• Assist with opening-day prep: hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, and training.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to maintain a positive experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce company procedures; escalate issues as needed.
