Orkin is seeking a seasonal Pest Control Technician to protect homes and businesses with top-tier pest control services. You will receive paid training from day one and work on a daily route using a company vehicle, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, safety, and the ability to work independently in varying weather conditions. Training leads to licensing within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers professionally on your daily route and provide top-tier pest protection.
• Inspect properties and identify pest issues, training provided.
• Communicate solutions clearly and empathetically to customers.
• Recommend additional services that bring peace of mind.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete reports and documentation on a handheld device.
