Job summary

Fox Pest Control is seeking a Seasonal Entry-Level Pest Control Technician to join our team. As part of the Technician Pathway Program, you will visit customers on-site, deliver pest control services, and help protect homes and businesses.

The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering top-tier customer service, and ongoing training with real growth opportunities; pay ranges from $20 to $23 per hour plus commissions; must be 21+, have a valid license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A positive, people-first attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, work outdoors doing manual labor and following service routes
• Passion for building relationships and providing outstanding customer service
• A desire to learn how to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action
• Willingness to follow servicing protocols and apply products safely
• Prior pest control experience or certification (preferred, but not required!)
• Must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license, and be authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• As a Pest Control Technician, you will deliver expert pest control services to customers, greet customers professionally, and prepare customized treatments based on their needs
• Document services provided and offer tailored recommendations for long-term protection
• Maintain efficiency between customers and stay energized throughout the day
