Job summary

Baptist Health in Boynton Beach is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Observation unit on a seasonal, per diem basis. The DPC RN will provide patient-family centered care and float to multiple areas as needed, maintaining evidence-based safety and quality standards.

The role requires an ASN or higher, Florida RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Schedule is 7P-7:30A with 36 hours/week during the contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• ASN degree and FL RN license with BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications.
• Seasonal contract in Baptist Health Nursing Pool with 12/16/18/24 week options.

Responsibilities

• Provide observation patient care per unit standards.
• Float to all hospital areas as needed.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend.
• Seasonal Nursing Pool employees are not eligible for PTO or Baptist Health benefits.
