Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services is seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) for our Mid-Michigan crew. This part-time seasonal position begins mid-April and runs through November, with hours varying weekly and occasional afternoon/weekend work.

You will perform line painting, crack filling, sealcoating, power washing, and more across diverse client sites. Candidates should have a Michigan driver’s license with a clean record, the ability to drive a truck/trailer, and be self-motivated with

Qualifications

• Michigan driver's license with clean driving record and ability to obtain Chauffeur's license.
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer to job site.
• Self-motivated, critical thinker who likes to problem solve.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs).
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised.
• Experience with small engines or paint sprayers is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and sealcoating, power washing, athletic court surfacing and more.
• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project.
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
• Additional tasks as required.
