Job summary

SXSW is seeking a Seasonal Partnerships Account Coordinator to support the Account Management team during SXSW & EDU planning and events in Austin, TX. You will assist with onboarding, data management, logistics, and onsite support from load‑in to check‑in.

Collaborative with Account Managers and internal teams to ensure sponsorship commitments and smooth client experiences in a fast‑paced environment, with extended on‑site hours during January–March.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer service, account management, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with coordinating sponsorships and events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with onboarding, data organization, and record-keeping.
• Track deliverables and upload assets to digital channels.
• Provide administrative and logistical support pre‑event and onsite.
• Support site visits, venue walkthroughs, and planning meetings.
• Prepare onsite materials, credentials, signage, and check‑in logistics.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet sponsor commitments.
