Job Purpose
SXSW is seeking a Seasonal Partnership Account Coordinator to support the Account Management team in delivering a seamless, organized, and high-quality client experience throughout the SXSW & EDU planning and event lifecycle. This role provides administrative, logistical, and onsite support across client onboarding, internal stakeholder coordination, venue operations, and event execution. Working closely with Account Managers, the Account Coordinator helps maintain accurate client information, track deliverables, coordinate event requirements, and help to address day-to-day needs. During SXSW & EDU, the role provides hands‑on onsite support for load-in/load-out, client check-in, signage, registrations, receptions, and other event operations.

Work Location & Schedule
The position is full‑time and located in Austin, Texas. Core business office hours are from 10 am—6 pm Monday through Friday. You must be available to work additional hours from January through March, including evenings and weekends. You must also be available for the March event, which will have extended on‑site working hours.
