The role emphasizes strong communication and teamwork across all levels. Responsibilities include facilitating training, building positive relationships with employees and management, enforcing safety policies, and driving continuous improvement to support customer service goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Able to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days a week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience managing teams in fast-paced warehouse.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Maintains relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Leads continuous improvement and coaching for staff development.
