The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Store Support Teammate for our Eastwood Towne Center location in Lansing, MI. On-site role supporting daily store operations and guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions, restocking, and assisting with merchandising tasks while upholding Buckle’s standards and policies. The role requires a helpful demeanor and ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Ability to handle POS transactions and assist guests.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and answer questions about store merchandise.
• Assist guests at the POS and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Support merchandising tasks and displays within safety limits.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable.
