Job summary

MINISO USA is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, maintain store presentation, and support daily sales during peak periods.

You will greet customers, answer questions, process transactions, enroll members in the MINISO Membership Program, and help keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing while following store policies and safety guidelines.

Flexibility with schedule including weekends and evenings is required to help meet store goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Essential Job Functions

1. Customer service

• Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience.
• Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise.
• Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy.

2. Sales floor maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability.
• Support execution of visual merchandising guidelines to reflect brand standards.

3. Cash handling & Point of Sale (POS)

• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions while maintaining accuracy and preventing errors.
• Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
• Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed.

4. Other duties

• Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude at all times.
