5.11, Inc. is opening a new Westfield Paramus location and seeking a Sales Supervisor (Shift Lead) to partner with Store Manager to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will lead by example, drive a high-energy store environment, and support your team in merchandising, stock, and visual standards in a fast-paced setting. This role offers leadership growth and a clear impact within a purpose-driven brand.

The Sales Supervisor, (known in our stores as a Shift Lead), works with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to exceed customer expectations, build a high-energy store environment, and uphold the standards that define a 5.11 store. You’ll lead by example, tackle challenges head-on, and support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Pay Range:$16.42 per hour plus commission!
