Role of Retail Store Associate
Our retail stores offer an immersive journey through the Funko-verse, providing fans with memorable experiences. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be a brand ambassador, enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about pop culture, helping fans and driving sales.

Position Details
This is a seasonal position ending in August 2025.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to fans, creating a unique shopping experience
• Use effective selling techniques and possess in-depth product knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment
• Identify fan needs through probing questions and suggest relevant products
• Build strong customer relationships to promote loyalty
• Handle sales transactions at the register
• Replenish and organize merchandise
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or immersive event experience
• Experience in creating engaging customer experiences
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of pop culture trends
• Enthusiasm and passion for the brand
• Flexible availability
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds
