Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Seasonal Part Time Team Member at our Hagerstown store. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and store recovery to keep the floor well merchandised.

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and ability to work nights, weekends and early mornings. Total base pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise.
• Must meet legal work requirements in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide friendly service at checkout.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms.
• Participate in store recovery and SISO duties.
• Support Omni-channel processes, including BOPIS/Ship From Store where applicable.
