Job Description

Provide excellent service by selling, delivering, and accounting for products in the Pool area, in accordance with SMI standards. Tasks should be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner to ensure high guest satisfaction.

• Exceed guest expectations and make them feel special
• Maintain a “Can do” attitude
• Engage in suggestive selling
• Follow Fairmont standards for service
• Take personal and financial responsibility
• Provide friendly and proper service to all guests
• Control costs and waste
• Assist co-workers proactively
• Be familiar with all aspects and services of Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa
• Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items and food preparation techniques
• Maintain extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and beers
• Keep the restaurant and service stations clean
• Serve from the cheese cart and have extensive knowledge of cheeses
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Complete side work duties

Hourly Rate: $19.50
