Join our team of Seasonal Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in-store.

Candidate requirements:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Somers Point, NJ, with availability to work 20 hours/week, including weekends, from March 18, 2025, to September 12, 2025.
