Job summary

Wohali Golf Course in Coalville, UT is seeking a part-time cook for a seasonal role (6 months or less). You will support restaurant and banquet operations with food preparation and safe handling practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• English reading/writing ability may be required for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sufficient quantities of food according to production plan or forecast.
• Utilize whole food products, eliminating waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas.
• Alert chef or supervisor of equipment issues, food overages, or shortages.
• Requisition inventory and receive supplies for daily production.
• Ensure proper storage of food items; wrap, date, and rotate.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as required.
