LEGO Group is seeking energetic individuals to join our Brand Retail team as Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Flatiron District, NY. This seasonal, part-time role is expected to run through January 10, 2027, with opportunities based on business needs.

Join us to deliver inspirational guest experiences, greeting visitors, handling POS, and helping maintain displays. Up to 25 hours per week with at least one weekend day; potential to become permanent for top performers.

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to manager

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Flatiron District, NY and provide inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals to join us on a seasonal, part-time basis. We expect this position to last until January 10, 2027, subject to change based on business needs.

Exceed our guests’ expectations through fun and meaningful interactions

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times (80%)
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and driving LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (10%)
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%)

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests

• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business decides
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area
• Physical specifications: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.
• There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers
• Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days (does not mean you’ll be scheduled for 25 hours, but 25 hours of availability must be given)
• Additional Job Specifications: Must be able to wear an earpiece and headset.
• Additional Job Specifications:Use of voice amplifiers in addition to dancing, singing, and performing.
• Ability to work in various temperatures and weather inside and outside of the store.

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $19.50 - $21.50 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
