The LEGO Group, Fifth Avenue, New York, NY, seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) to deliver inspirational guest experiences in a vibrant store environment.

You will greet guests, manage checkout, and help maintain displays while upholding LEGO Brand Retail standards. This role supports overnight shifts and weekend availability with up to 25 hours per week.

• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations

• Use of promotional materials, loyalty programs

Do you have what it takes to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow?

• The ability to work an overnight shift with a start time between 9p-10p ending at 6a-7a.
• Communicate effectively with team members and business partners.
• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO® stores by efficiently processing shipment and stockroom organization (50%).
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and driving LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards (40%)
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations (10%)
• Ability to work in various temperatures and weather inside and outside of the store.
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
• Physical specifications Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 40 lbs.
• There is potential for this to become a permanent role for excellent performers.
• Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week including at least one weekend day with a minimum of 3 days (does not mean you’ll be scheduled for 25 hours, but 25 hours of availability must be given)

Compensation

The hourly wage for the position has a range of $20.44 - $22.44 , based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of any benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
