Qualifications

• Reading and writing standard English
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and staff

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers and clients
• Welcomes guests and uses Towne Park phone etiquette
• Assists guests with directions and inquiries about outlets, meeting rooms and amenities
• Determines guest charges and processes payments via cash, credit, or direct billing; collects and reconciles revenue
• Completes accurate and timely shift reports; operates registers, gates, and credit card machines
• Performs tasks in a timely manner as instructed by Lead Cashier/Account Manager
