Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Parade Studio Assistant to support the Parade Studio and Production Management Teams in all aspects of production for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and to provide project management and general office support.

You will coordinate cross-functional tasks, schedule meetings, assist with shipping, prepare RSVP and sign-in lists, and help with event setup, load-in, and attendee services, while upholding Macy's brand values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management process on cross-functional projects.
• Schedule meetings, trainings, deliveries, and ticket distributions.
• Assist with shipping and dropping off deliveries and supplies.
• Prepare and update RSVP lists, sign-in sheets, and security lists.
• Perform general office duties including answering phones, taking reservations, conducting research, data entry, and ordering supplies.
• Provide event assistance and customer service.
• Aid in load-in/load-out activities and event setup/strike for Macy’s holiday events.
