Job summary

Ghyslain Chocolatier Inc. in Union City, Indiana, is seeking a Seasonal Chocolate Packaging Associate to support our peak-season production.

You will prepare packaging materials, inspect chocolates, and assemble orders for shipping, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. This is a daytime, Monday–Friday role with 8:30 am to 5:00 pm shifts, requiring the ability to stand 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and be available for overtime during the busy season from mid-October through

Responsibilities

• Stock and stage packing materials and labels for order fulfillment.
• Wash hands and utilize gloves with finished chocolates.
• Prepare tables by cleaning and sanitizing prior to each order.
• Prepare rolling cart with chocolates needed for order fulfilment.
• Select, inspect for quality, and pack chocolate in chocolate cups and place in box according to company standard.
• Enclose Ghyslain Guide to Chocolates, select requested ribbon/tag and close the box.
• Pack orders into shipping containers.
• Breakdown any boxes/trash and take to the dumpster at end of day.
• Prepare tables for the next day’s production.

Join the Team at Ghyslain Chocolatier! We are looking for someone who is passionate about chocolate to fill our Seasonal Chocolate Packaging Associate position. Ghyslain Chocolatier is privately owned and operated Artisan Center and Boutique in Union City, Indiana.
