Job summary

UPS in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a Seasonal Package Delivery Driver to drive a UPS brown truck, delivering packages to homes and businesses with friendly service. This is a physically active role involving outdoor work and route navigation.

Seasonal full-time drivers typically work eight to ten hours per day, with schedules varying by operation needs and may include Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat. Base pay is $17.55/hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required) in the state where you live; proof will be required to qualify
• Pass the DOT physical
• Pass a UPS driver test
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Ability to comply with UPS Appearance Guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform
• Sturdy work boots or slip-resistant shoes
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to homes and businesses using a UPS brown truck.
• Provide reliable and friendly customer service on every delivery.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions while staying on route and on schedule.
• Lift and move packages as part of daily delivery duties.
