They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They enjoy a friendly, active, and fast-paced outdoor work environment behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

Requirements to succeed in this role include:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required; license type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform

Full-time work typically involves 8 to 10 hours per day, with workdays varying between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role, which can be a stepping stone to a permanent position. Permanent drivers earn an average total compensation of $145,000 annually, including healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and option days.
