They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active, and enjoy fast-paced work outdoors and behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

To succeed in delivering packages to homes and businesses, you should:

• Be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Have a valid driver’s license—no CDL required (license type varies by state).
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Possess excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Have the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Wear the company-provided uniform and adhere to UPS appearance guidelines.

Full-time UPS employees typically work 8-10 hours per day, with workdays varying (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday) based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role. It’s a great way to start with UPS, with potential to become a permanent position. Permanent drivers earn an average total compensation of $145,000 annually, including healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and more.
